Phase 1: Building Your Foundation
Phase 1 is all about mastering the fundamentals. It focuses on core strength, coordination of muscle activation, posture, and corrective exercises to set the foundation for a healthier, more functional body. We also integrate Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques to hydrate tighter areas, improve mobility, and promote better muscle contractions.
This phase is ideal for anyone recovering from chronic pain, recently discharged from physical therapy, or cleared for exercise postpartum. It's also perfect for those new to exercise or anyone returning to physical activity after a long break. Phase 1 is the essential starting point for regaining strength, stability, and confidence in your body.

Phase 2: Strengthening and Progression
Phase 2 is all about taking your fitness to the next level while continuing to build upon the foundation established in Phase 1. We’ll fine-tune muscle activation, balance, and mobility, helping you feel stronger, move more efficiently, and function better in everyday life. This phase is ideal for those who have completed Phase 1 or are ready to elevate their fitness with increased intensity and longer- duration exercises.
Phase 2 offers a low-impact workout specifically designed to target areas of weakness, helping you get back on track with your fitness goals. We’ll focus on building muscle, improving flexibility, and further enhancing core strength, coordination, and posture. You’ll also begin to experience aerobic conditioning, all while maintaining a strong core and postural integrity.
